Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used toys with hygiene concerns.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent) or a damaged/defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return process.
